Very informative exercises and also napansin ko dun sa workout plans nya, madali lang intindihin. Pero pag ginawa mo with proper form and tempo, talagang mararamdaman mo yung effects nung workout as in you will feel the burn, ta-taas yung heart rate mo and at the same time it’s very time-efficient.
The exercises are based depending on what you need. Like me, I need more on strength and conditioning so ganun yung mga exercises na binibigay sakin plus some cardio. And madali syang ma-execute. Even in this ECQ you can do it at home, you don’t need gym equipments because most (exercises) are body weigth workouts.
